At Joy Events we offer a wide variety of outdoor workouts that are fun, team-oriented, social, educational, and exciting. From yoga, mind training, body training.    Our classes are designed to accommodate the needs of all age groups and experience levels.

 Senior fitness classes

 In-home personal training, and outdoor group exercise.

Senior Fitness: Joy Events provides chair yoga and seated exercise classes on-site to seniors at independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, health and rehabilitation facilities, 55+ retirement communities, senior centers, and country clubs in various markets throughout the US.

In-Home Personal Training:

 Joy Events is remote in nature and brings health and wellness directly to you!  We can work out at your house, remotely via Zoom, or the great outdoors.  As a client, you will learn all aspects of fitness including, but not limited to: yoga strength training, flexibility, nutrition, meditation, breathing exercises, and positive self-talk!

Customized training will increase employee satisfaction and retention rates, and also improve your bottom line.

As we identify your needs and then design, develop, and deliver company-specific training in programs.

We offer a variety of course delivery options including at your workplace, venues, luncheons, events, retreats, conferences, centers.  Whatever your training needs, large or small, the Workforce Training Department is prepared to work with you to grow your employees and your bottom line.
